Position Title - Sr. IT Business Analyst
Location - Dallas, Texas (Fully onsite)
Duration- 6+ Months (with possible extension)

Job Description:
- Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.
- Experience working in a project team environment.
- Ability to work independently to lead requirements gathering for large, complex technical projects.
- Skill sets: Innovation, Problem-Solving Skills, Detail Oriented, Collaboration, Facilitation
- Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping, and other relevant aspects.
- Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.
- Facilitates requirements walkthroughs, design review meetings, and demos at all levels, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
