Business Operations Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Month contract
Our client is immediately seeking a Business Operations Analyst for a 6-12 month contract opportunity based in Memphis, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to track project progress and drive tasks to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT activities with business objectives.
- Create comprehensive, visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Advanced skills in Excel; working knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in tracking project progress and driving tasks to completion.
- Familiarity with IT operations, systems, and key performance metrics (lagging and leading indicators).
- Ability to create detailed and visually appealing reports and dashboards.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CBAP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business operations analysis, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within an IT environment.
