Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Sr. Project Manager to join their dynamic team, with a focus on construction and data center projects. Focus:
- Collaborate with project directors to develop proposals, including conceptual estimates and schedules.
- Engage in client presentations to demonstrate expertise and foster relationships.
- Offer constructability reviews during design phases to mitigate risks and confirm project viability.
- Manage design document progression, proactively identifying scope or cost adjustments.
- Create detailed estimates and cost control systems, and oversee subcontractor bid evaluation and contract awards.
- Coordinate with leadership for project staffing and organization, and plan project phases with superintendents and subcontractors.
- Handle project cost management, permit acquisition, inspections, and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Lead client communications, manage change orders, optimize cash flow, and ensure project quality, safety, and successful close-out.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's in engineering/construction management or related with 10+ years in construction/design/project management.
- Expertise in overseeing complex capital projects end-to-end.
- In-depth knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technologies.
- Committed to workplace safety and familiar with safety protocols.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership in guiding diverse teams.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-oriented work.
- Willingness to travel for project demands.
