Manufacturing Engineering Manager;
The ideal candidate will excel at leading a team of manufacturing engineers in a high volume, fast paced, automotive manufacturing environment.
Responsible for managing, team building, mentoring, and motivation of engineering staff.
Responsible inspiring team to achieve their performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost of overall manufacturing engineering projects
- Manage, coach, and support engineering team
- Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
- Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
- Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field of study
- Automotive manufacturing experience required
- 3+ years' of management/supervision experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Stable work history
