We are currently looking for a Construction Senior Project Manager to join one of the top construction firms in the Austin area. This is the chance to work across some versatile sectors in construction with specific focus in the Education, Hospitality and Office industries, so any experience on these kind of projects, although not essential, is a bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the project and every aspect of it is delivered on time and within budget
- Planning and documenting project tasks as well as communicating these effectively to PMs, APMs, Superintendents and Project Engineers.
- Creating and managing a schedule and timeline for the project
- Manage projects through from conception to completion
- Managing all project resources which include effective communication with subcontractors
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholders
- Take leadership on aspects of the role
