Clayton Services is searching for a Project Coordinator to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the approval process for product submittals from initial submission through revisions.
- Maintain and update the bid calendar by sourcing new job opportunities and downloading relevant project files.
- Refresh the backlog with updated information from new projects and track ongoing billing for current jobs.
- Oversee contract reviews and ensure comprehensive project setup.
- Complete prequalification processes efficiently.
- Issue certificates of insurance as required.
- Price time-and-material work and manage change orders issued to contracts.
- Engage in or lead billing and job cost meetings.
- Schedule project start and completion dates effectively.
- Support field teams in acquiring necessary project information.

Project Coordinator Education and Experience:
- 1+ years experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Previous experience in construction and/or familiarity with waterproofing, insulation, and fireproofing is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
