The IT Field Operations Manager is responsible for managing the IT Field Operations team and providing oversite to all end user devices and IT closets in the field. This position is responsible for procurement and lifecycle management of assigned systems, including the associated expense allocation process. This role provides for the management of all computer operations in a field and support for other services by collaborating with other IT teams to reach optimal settings for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manages and evaluates team performance including hire, develop, mentor and train IT staff.
- Ensures IT support is provided to meet/exceed established service level objectives for all assigned systems and services.
- Manages the selection, procurement, delivery, support, and lifecycle management of all End User IT Assets, including working supplies and other miscellaneous equipment approved for use by end users.
- Coordinates appropriate vendor support for assigned hardware/software/systems/services; manages the IT relationship for assigned vendors.
- Oversee IT & business projects by reviewing and coordinating schedules and activities. Evaluate resource requests and ensure tasks are completed on time and delivery solutions meet requirements.
- Support IT department with new software/hardware installations, application upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Management of IT expenses/budget.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study or 6 years of related experience required.
- Experience and/or technical training may be considered in lieu of the formal educational requirements.
- 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role overseeing five or more team members, direct managerial experience preferred.
- Relevant industry and/or vendor certifications are a plus.
