Position Overview for the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- Workday Expertise and Problem Solving: Lead projects and resolve complex issues across multiple Workday modules and workstreams. Provide technical and functional expertise to optimize processes and drive significant business improvements.
- System Testing and Implementation: Lead and participate in reviewing, testing, and implementing Workday releases. Communicate potential benefits to stakeholders and ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- HR Systems Integration and Configuration: Oversee the development of integrations and configuration of HR systems to ensure scalability, flexibility, and maintainability across all Workday modules. Drive improvements in HR systems configuration and operational best practices.
- Technical Leadership and Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the technical expert for HR systems projects, ensuring integration touchpoints are optimized for downstream effects. Participate in HR technology improvements and act as a cross-functional problem solver.
Required Skills for the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. At least 5 years of experience in maintaining HRIS systems, with 2 years of hands-on integration experience and multiple implementation experience preferred.
- HRIS Systems Management: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and configuring HRIS systems, particularly Workday. Strong understanding of HR/Payroll processes and ability to manage system assessments, issue management, and project communications.
- Analytical and Process Improvement Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a track record of solving complex system issues and simplifying technical concepts for stakeholders. Proven history of driving process improvements and implementing positive changes in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Adaptability and Project Management: Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
