Our Challenge:
As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- As a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and coaching the team on Agile principles and practices
- Fulfill the responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring the effective delivery of value through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating program-level processes and execution
- Coordinate multiple Scrum teams and ensure alignment with the organization's objectives
- Drive the Agile transformation at scale, working with teams, programs, and leadership to embed Agile and Lean principles across the organization
- Facilitate program-level events and processes, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and mentorship to other Scrum Masters and RTEs, helping to build a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Requirements:
You are:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile software development, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role and 2 years in a RTE role
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with a certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Deep knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with relevant certifications such as SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and delivering complex, enterprise-level projects
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and influence others towards Agile and Lean principles
- A passion for continuous improvement and learning, with a growth mindset and a commitment to building high-performing Agile teams and programs
