Job Title: Digital Client Partner - MS Dynamics Pre-sales

Ideal experience
The role will be part of the account sales team for a strategic account. The digital client partner will be responsible for new business development and growing existing customer relationships within an existing account.
Develop strong, trusted and advisory relationships with Director and Program level stakeholders, with Business and IT within a trusted customer account.
Execute on Sonata’s existing account growth strategy.
Sell company’s portfolio of services (Upsell and Cross sell) – Digital transformation, Data and AI, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure management services, and Digital Marketing.
Background experience needed for the role.
10-15 years of IT services account management experience
Track record of building relationships and growing existing accounts through multi-prong account strategy
Identify, develop, nurture, and grow existing and new relationships.
Cross selling and upselling multiple service lines and capabilities.
Digital technology experience is a plus
Creating, communicating, and executing strategic account plans incorporating account marketing
Experience of working in a global multi-cultural delivery model organization.
Should be able to work independently and have a winning mindset
