Our client at LHH is looking for a BIM Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows throughout the construction project lifecycle.
- Oversee the development and management of 3D models and BIM data.
- Coordinate project model deliveries and review models for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and address issues.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for BIM software users.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Maintain the Project Information Model and oversee data management throughout the project lifecycle.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Profound knowledge and experience in industry-specific BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Professional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design) enhance credentials.
