_ PBS is looking for a Clinician/Therapist to work with our participants of all levels. _

We are looking for an individual who is interested in working with participants who reside in their own homes in the community to provide guidance for independent living.
_This position is a combination of therapeutic services, clinical oversight and administrative duties including training, team meetings, supporting staff in the community, working with the team to provide quality care to the participants served. _
_The position is a combination of salaried and billable hours. _
Clinical Director Responsibilities
Provide counseling services to participants in office and/or in their residence.
Provide guidance and training to students completing an internship with the agency.
Participate in administrative meetings, team meetings for participants and intake process for new participants.
Provide on-going training to staff regarding participants and their needs. Support administrative staff with training material and behavior interventions.
Provide crisis management as needed.
Complete thorough and appropriate documentation of services.
