Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create/Manage incidents/Requests/tasks/Change Management in ServiceNow.
• Handle client calls on Dailly/Weekly/Monthly basis.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for SW M365.
• Daily calls with team members to understand the concerns and challenges.
• Prepare the performance improvement plan for the team members if any.
• Manage Everbridge alerting system to map the on-call
resources accordingly.
• Flexible for rotational shifts.
• Handle any escalations or Critical issues on time and guide the
team accordingly.
• Fix the vulnerability related issues in Exchange 2016 servers
