Salary: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
Job Purpose: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site. This role ensures that the project adheres to the schedule, budget, and specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and overall production quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Site Management of All Trades
- Comprehension and Implementation of Contract Documents, Schedule, and Budget
- Obtain and Manage Permits
- Safety, Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Coordinate OACs and Foremen
- Daily Logs and Project Update Reports
- Project Schedule Management
- Proactive Verbal and Written Communication
- Jobsite Logistics
- Dispute Mediation
- Document Controls (RFI & Submittals)
- Draw Meetings and Invoice Review
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role on multi-family apartment construction projects valued at $15 million or more. Trade MEP experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of all trades involved in construction.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and subcontract agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore
- Knowledge of OSHA policies and guidelines.

Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekend work as needed.
- Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Bay Area.
