We’re looking for a professional, and motivated Collection Letter Analyst to join our team. The Collection Letter Analyst will set up and maintain the letter ticket queue and requests, working with leadership to ensure compliance to collection standards, and providing reporting and analysis on letter strategy and efficiency.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually

DAY TO DAY
- Develop, setup, and maintain new letter requests; managing and assigning letter ticket queue
- Create and evaluate other communication channels such as email, text, and chat
- Create tax season and other off-season letter campaigns
- Evaluate letter strategies, efficiencies, productivity, and cost for all clients and campaigns
- Partner with senior leadership, legal, and other stakeholders on ensuring that letters meet company, industry, and legal standards
- Review existing letter formats and series to identify formatting and campaign efficiencies
WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of call center inventory management and letter experience (must have, applicants without this experience will be declined)
- 3-5 years of working in a call center or strategy related function
- Excellent skills with all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Nice to Have Skills
- SAP experience preferred
- CUBS (Columbia Business System) experience preferred
- Skip tracing experience preferred
- Ability to interface with Compliance and Legal Departments, vendors, and leadership
- Ability to prioritize multiple open tasks, and able to identify an opportunity or problem and work to meet and develop a creative solution
