Customer Master Change Management Lead
· Lead and direct Change Management activities related to the Customer Domain leveraging support
and guidance from the EDM Customer Directors.
· Document and capture key change impacts and associated levels of change.
· Support the Customer Master team to acquire and validate correspondence and communications
related to affiliate specific impacts, improvements, benefits and SLAs.
· Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
clearly document and refine communications tailored to the target audience.
· Must have experience in leading change management for large programs covering multiple
geographic regions concurrently.
· Provide foundational and scalable change management artifacts to be leveraged for future regional deployments within the Customer Master
