LaSalle Network is partnered with a technology solutions company that is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Network Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Cisco ACI, Network Architecture and Cisco ISE. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity and will require occasional travel around the Midwest.
Remote Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, SDA, Aruba, Silver Peak, wireless, wired normal switching infrastructures
- Provide expert-level support for network-related issues and incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems
- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of network solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network engineering
Remote Senior Network Engineer Requirements:
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, SDA, Aruba, Silver Peak, wireless, wired normal switching technologies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and network security principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
