Land Development Manager - Jacksonville Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Review design documents, site plans, and plats.
- Schedule subcontractors and monitor progress.
- Coordinate infrastructure installation and inspections.
- Manage development budgets.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and utility providers.
Requirements:
- Experience in Residential Construction development required.
- Experience with regulatory agencies and public utilities is a plus.
- Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Planning.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
