Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engagement Manager who will serve as both a Product Owner and Scrum Master to join Sogeti.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Build and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
- Drive Program Increment (PI) planning and manage product release cycles.
- Plan and lead platform enhancements over multi-year projects.
Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the Agile team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
Project Management
- Handle project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Co-manage product backlog and prioritize work to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product/program ownership.
- 3+ years of experience with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and/or marketing products.
- Consistent track record in running multi-year products and platform enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience in creating product roadmaps and driving PI planning.
- Demonstrable experience leading an Agile team and project financials.
- Experience in co-managing a backlog and prioritizing work with clients.
Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Must have:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Financially savvy and experience managing budgets.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
