Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects valued at $50 million or more, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Ensure projects adhere to all plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, identifying and addressing variances.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other financial agreements.
- Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory and company standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project coordinators, site supervisors, and support staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with commercial projects valued at $50 million or more.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction codes and regulations.
