We’re Looking For A Project Manager!
At InRhythm, You Will
- Directly supports agile teams and acts as a champion for agile ways of working.
- Monitor task completion and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Accelerate overall squads performance, efficiency and value delivered and find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics.
- Apply agile mindset, practices, governance, self-management, and cross-functionality effectively.
- Support Planning project timelines and resource allocating.
- Facilitate teams' Scrum ceremonies.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a proven ability to work and lead in a team-based environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Work as liaison between Stakeholder and engineering team
- Bachelor's degree.
