Workday HCM Professional
- Workday experience – specifically with the Talent and Performance module.
- Would also prefer HCM, Reporting, Security, and Learning.
- Project management skills including organization, prioritization, and time management; ability to juggle short-term and longer-term initiatives; ability to reprioritize accordingly to meet immediate needs
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Required Skills: -2+ years of consulting experience
- 1 Full lifecycle Workday Implementation -Minimum 4 years’ experience in Workday;
- Desired Skills: -Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in collaboration, both within the People Operations team, primary business stakeholders, and across the organization; Ideal Candidate Profile: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, organized, analytical and detail-oriented for this critical role on our team.
- This individual will support our HR Digital Solutions - Workday team and internal business partners.
- This is a key role in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday HCM system.
- In addition, this individual is expected to take a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key HR COE identified projects.
- Industry Experience: It may be good to have someone with HR at a Financial Services company but not required; Certifications: Workday Partner or PRO certification (HCM, Reporting, Security, Talent & Performance, and/or Learning);
