Our client is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work onsite in the Branchburg, NJ area!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating relevant program related documentation (i.e. budgets, timelines, dashboards, tracking communications and all associated reporting).
- Manage all milestone and deliverable communication across various groups.
- Interface closely with Operations, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain and other groups for deliverables related to site/clinical readiness.
- Investigate and resolve problems, identifying root cause, and propose process improvements through clear communication with internal teams.
- Identify project risks, investigate issues and determine successful project completion methods.
- Create and manage documentation related to project phases, interfacing closely with Project Management team, Quality and other internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry or engineering preferred).
- 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience.
- Prior experience within a GMP environment is critical.
- Previous experience with project management tool (i.e. Smartsheet or other relevant tool).
- Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, task management tools, and resource management.
- Knowledge of Gantt chart generation and management.
- Strong time management skills and ability to keep other departments on track to meet deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and handle several critical projects simultaneously.
- Prior cell/gene therapy experience is a plus.
- Prior CDMO/CRO experience is a plus.
