Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and finalize construction project schedules for clients using Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject softwares (will be taught how to use these softwares on the job)
- Communicate effectively with project clients
- Build schedules from project plans, specifications, and client input
- Monitor and status schedule progress and identify and communicate schedule risks
Qualifications
- Teachable & inquisitive; there is a high degree of learning on the job
- High proficiency in Windows OS (hotkeys, file organization, etc.)
- Strives to meet challenges and deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Highly analytical, intuitive, and detail-oriented to understand both the details and the overall picture
- Excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal)
