Location - Forest City, Iowa (onsite only)

Job Description:
• Conduct Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE) studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased value.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to gather data and insights on existing products and processes.
• Analyze product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions and design modifications that enhance product functionality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify alternative materials, components, or manufacturing methods that offer cost and quality advantages.
• Conduct value engineering workshops and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for cost reduction and value enhancement.
• Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and cost-saving opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of VAVE initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
