Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research, development, and architectural design of the international e-commerce logistics system, creating efficient and intelligent solutions for global operations.
- Design scalable system models and business architectures that align with international business needs, incorporating industry best practices.
- Provide effective solutions for technical challenges, including high concurrency and performance bottlenecks within business processes.
- Maintain system quality and stability, while mentoring engineers to continually optimize various technical metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in coding, with expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, Golang, or C++, and familiarity with associated technology stacks.
- Experience with commonly used middleware, including message queues, caches, and scheduled tasks, and a solid understanding of their underlying principles.
- Strong background in architecture design and implementation, with a focus on high-availability, high-performance, and scalable systems.
- In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, including concepts such as load balancing, distributed transactions, and CAP/BASE theories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading the design or reconstruction of medium to large-scale complex systems, particularly in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
