Key skill expectations:
- Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud & Salesforce Experience Cloud - both are hugely important
- Strong in Salesforce Architecting & Solutioning, plus Salesforce Integration skills
- Very very Hands-on development (Dev Architect) skills -- LWC/Lightning, Omnistudio, Apex/Visualforce, Flows, et al
- Minimum 14 years' experience in the Salesforce space, rising from the ranks as a Developer through Salesforce Architect
