Overview:
Role: Head of Quality & Compliance
Location: San Francisco (on site)
Salary: $180,000-$220,000 + bonus + benefits
Looking for an individual with a strong technical background and a proven track record of creating and implementing quality assurance systems in accordance with cGMP.
What we expect from you:
- Develop and implement quality system throughout the API manufacturing site
- Cooperate with global QC team and implement cross-site requirements
- Maintain a proactive dialogue with the responsible authorities
- Prepare for, support and follow up on inspections by both local authorities and customers
- Manage team of direct reports and train them in GMP and Q-System
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant science (Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Biochemistry) [Master’s Degree preferred]
- Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients experience
- 7+ years Quality (QA/QC) experience in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
- 2+ years’ leadership experience
