Our client is looking for an experience field service engineer to join their growing team in New England. They will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for clients across New England.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
- Experience in Field Service and Technical Support.
- Skilled in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within medical device, biopharmaceutical, clinical, or similarly regulated industries.
