Position: Commercial Property Manager
Job Description:
The Commercial Property Manager is primarily responsible for the day to day management of all commercial properties and the vendor relations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update service contracts and bids in electronic files
- Respond to all requests for commercial property repairs/assistance, originated by tenants, leasing agents, inspections and/or vendors
- Assuring that properties maintains reputation for outstanding customer service through prompt and efficient response to customer requests
- Meet with and inspect janitorial, landscaping and other vendors on a bi-monthly basis
- Direct and coordinate daily work with Maintenance Technicians as needed to assure (repair) work completion in a timely manner
- Inspect properties and review quarterly inspection reports to ensure items are dispatched in a timely manner
- Approve and prepare maintenance work orders, coordinate dispatch and follow-up as appropriate
- Review weekly batches of all work orders for accuracy
- Maintain vendor data and prepare written correspondence with vendors and contractors
- Assist in resolving landlord or tenant requests and concerns
- Assisting with meetings, deliveries, correspondence, invoices, or other written materials as directed
- Work with sign vendors to prepare and install signage as required
- Ensure the accuracy of the keys and master list; make duplicate keys as required
- Inform team of discrepancies and discuss project updates
- Demonstrate a professional attitude in every aspect of work
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Other duties as requested to further the professionalism of the organization and its employees
Education Requirements:
- RPA, BOMA, or CPM certifications preferred
Qualifications:
- Commercial property management experience required

- Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day from home after training)
