Title: HiL Test Engineer
Duration: 12 Months with extensions
Location: Hybrid in Dearborn, MI
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience working on automotive bench testing
- Proficient in MS suites
- Experience using CAN tools
- Experience with issue management systems like Jira or DOORS
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- System level Aspice or dSpace experience
- Knowledge of ISO 26262
Pluses:
- Experience with HiL Hardware in the Loop Hardware & software tool chain
- Masters Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO based requirements
- Experience with End-of-Line (EOL) validation support for ECU
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Test Engineer to join one of our largest automotive clients onsite in Dearborn MI. This Test Engineer will be responsible for managing the test project for the assigned features including integration/definition, scope/coverage, time, communications, and risk. You will develop and negotiate the testing scope and statement of work, as well as support the tradeoff analysis of test requirements vs test environment capabilities to define test scope and instrumentation strategies.
Compensation: $30/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
