Director of Quality Assurance within a Clinical / Pharmaceutical cGMP environment
This role is 5 days a week on site, location: Cherry Hill, NJ.
Comp: $200k base + 20% bonus (guaranteed)
✨ Your vast experience in Quality Assurance will drive forward high performance of the QA team - leading them to reach further success, goals and targets. Being that driving force of influence, empowerment and guidance. ✨
You'll take a hands-on approach to planning, executing, and directing policies, programs, and initiatives.
Your influence will extend to shaping their team's culture and structure, making you a central figure in both strategic and operational aspects.
All we ask:
- that you have experience working in Pharma - and a minimum of 5 years recent experience in a GMP environment
- Strong leadership skills, with evidence of clear direct and indirect reports. Managing a team of at least 10.
- Evidence of creating and implementing improvement activities
