Summary:
We're incubating a startup and are looking to network with entrepreneurial candidates who have proven leadership skills in AI along with a strong academic foundation and high-profile exp taking robust AI solutions to scale. Priority given to Staff/Sr. Staff-level candidates (who are still hands on) from market-leading companies. Note: This is a hands-on role.
Qualifications:
*8+ years industry experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning with 1+ years in Generative AI / LLM's:
- LLM Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI’s GPT series (GPT-3, GPT-4)--including model integration, customization, and optimization within diverse applications.
- LLM Fine-Tuning and Transfer Learning: Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks or industries, including the use of transfer learning techniques to adapt pre-trained models to new domains or requirements.
- Data Handling Skills: Proficiency in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools (e.g., Pandas in Python) is crucial.
- Model Re-architecture (strong plus!): Prior experience making significant model architecture improvements/changes
