Job Title: SAP Security GRC Senior Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Security GRC Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of security principles and practices. As an SAP Security GRC Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security and GRC solutions to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Security Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- GRC Implementation and Support:
- Implement and manage SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Configure and maintain GRC workflows, rules, and policies.
- Monitor and manage segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts and user access risks.
- Incident Management and Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents and issues.
- Provide support for user access requests, role assignments, and security-related queries.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve access and authorization issues.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for SAP security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to understand security requirements and implement solutions.
- Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on SAP security practices.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with emerging SAP security trends, tools, and technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve SAP security and GRC processes.
- Implement best practices for SAP security and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP security and GRC roles.
- Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, authorizations, and user administration.
- Experience with SAP GRC configuration, workflows, and ruleset management.
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and HCM.
- Proficiency in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
- Strong SAP Security & GRC experience – setting up roles, profiles, provisioning etc.
- Experience with SAP ECC, BI/BW, and CRM, and GRC
- Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Security and GRC certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Security and Authorizations, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Access Control).
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
