Alexander Technology Group is working with a client that is looking to hire a Helpdesk Team Lead to join their team.
This is a full-time salaried position.
- Leads and oversees the Help Desk across the enterprise, providing Tier 1 & 2 technology support for software, hardware, and services like Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
- Ensures efficient and timely resolution of issues, meeting SLAs set by leadership.
- Manages incidents and requests via the ITSM system, monitoring staff performance and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborates with peer Team Leads to establish SOPs, improve services, and maintain consistency in support.
- Provides advanced support, models exceptional customer service, and acts as the POC for technology issues.
- Participates in Incident Response, ensuring high-quality execution in line with SLAs and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years Helpdesk Lead experience.
- Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure.
- Ability to pass a background check and be on-site daily in Durham, NH.
