Overall Purpose:
The IT Finance function within the Office of the CIO develops, analyzes, governs and reports on a complex and dynamic capital and expense budget. The Supervisor, IT Business Support provides extensive subject matter expertise and individual accountability to support and grow the maturity of the IT Finance function for the Organization. This position is heavily involved in the development of annual budget and forecasting process and serves as key liaison between the Corporate FP&A group and the technical functions within the IT Organization. The incumbent will be instrumental in the operations of our IT Finance organization and should be experienced and comfortable challenging the assumptions of peers and superiors as well as operating in an independent manner in a fast moving and fluid environment with shifting priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and the IT Business Leadership to develop financial models and analysis to support the five-year business plan and prepare rolling forecasts
- Build and prepare monthly financial reporting packages that include analysis of actual versus budget and forecast results, key trends or drivers and explanations of the impacts to plan and/or forecast
- Partner with Accounting for the timely and accurate month end close and reconciliation processes through journal entry review/recommendations and month over month trend analysis
- Support the implementation of an ITFM tool such to grow and mature the IT Finance function in terms of planning, show back and total cost of ownership analysis
- Support the Company’s efforts to gather, analyze and report benchmarking data to peer utilities
- Support the development, documentation, automation and continuous improvement of Office of the CIO business process standards, procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for specific IT business support processes and personnel
- Supervise the IT Purchasing process, including the collaboration with Supply Chain Management and IT GRC to facilitate the creation of purchase orders
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects and initiatives as needed
Supervisory:
May coordinate the work flow of a given team and may support the review of work and training of other employees.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
- Five (5+) or more years of relevant experience required. Relevant experience includes but is not limited to:
- Experience working in an FP&A or IT Finance role
- Experience implementing or utilizing an ITFM tool
- Industry certifications such as XYZ are preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with Oracle Financials, Power Plan, and/or Maximo is a plus

Scope:
Primary Focus is on day-to-day management of operational execution for areas managed. Trains and develops staff. Plans the workflow. Directs available resources to accomplish process improvement. Leads workflow changes and implementations for direct team.
Decision Impact:
Problems and issues faced are undefined and require detailed info gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand/resolve. Makes decisions that address workflow issues, considering immediate impact on own function or work unit.
Hybrid Work
Position follows our hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days working in the office and the remaining days working remotely. Reporting location and frequency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs.
Storm Roles
All Non-Union Employees will serve in storm roles as appropriate to their role and skillset. Please be sure to discuss storm roles with the hiring manager for this position, as duties can vary across the Company. Examples of storm roles could include but aren’t limited to duties such as: working with operations for service center support or with the communications, customer service or government affairs teams to respond to public and customer requests for information, etc.
