Job Requirements
- Perform initial manufacturing feasibility of new product designs and provide equipment and tooling recommendations
- Provide design for manufacturability (DFM) guidance and recommendations to support product design teams
- Set-up, execute, and summarize CNC machining simulation activities
Job Qualifications
- 8-10 years of work experience / bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of continuous experience as machining process engineer, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) engineer, or machining process simulation engineer
- Experience with high volume production machining of light alloys preferred
- Experience planning and developing machining processes for metallic castings is preferred
