- Mentor to Technical Staff

- Coordinate, plan, and execute Lunch and Learn sessions, curating relevant content, managing logistics, promoting participation, and facilitating an engaging learning environment.
- Complete Project Engineer Level Review
- Conduct a thorough Quality Assurance/Quality Control review for all work completed with emphasis on code compliance and constructability.
- Review of project plans, drawings, and documentation to identify potential risks, technical challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to address review findings and address necessary corrections.
- Research, Establishing, and Implementing Design Directives
- Propose and establish design directives based on industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate new design principles into Ardebili standards.
- Oversee the implementation of design directives, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Document troubleshooting processes and share lessons learned with the team to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
