Systems Administrator/Support Analyst - Requires weekly onsite work in Columbia, SC
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Systems Administrator I/Support Analyst for a long-term hybrid (weekly onsite/remote schedule) opportunity in Columbia, SC. This candidate will be part of the team that provides tier II support via phone and email.
Required Qualifications of the Systems Administrator I/Support Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Help Desk Tier II experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Must have experience with Active Directory, Windows, 10, Microsoft Server 2012 R2, Microsoft Server 2016, and Microsoft Office 2016.
- Must be able to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance with sponsorship.
Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator I/Support Analyst:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Tier II support via phone and email.
- Active Directory Administration.
Work Location: On-Site. Columbia, South Carolina.
