What You Will Do:
Lead and Support: Provide technical support and direction to teams and team leaders, ensuring resources are in place to meet deadlines.
Team Management: Oversee the performance of your team, identifying and addressing training and development needs.
Quality Assurance: Coordinate code reviews, ensuring adherence to code quality, cybersecurity standards, and design specifications.
Project Management: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Monitor and troubleshoot performance and schedule issues.
Hands-On Development: Contribute to code development in .NET, C#, or Angular/Typescript.
Benchmarking: Monitor industry benchmarks for development effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
What Skills You Will Have:
Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
Software Development: Knowledge of .NET, C# and, if possible, Python and Angular/Typescript; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
Software Integration Engineering: Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; works on designing scalable and efficient ETL models and templates (SQL knowledge is necessary, dbt, airflow orchestration knowledge is plus).
Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems.
Top candidates will also have:
Master's degree, preferably in computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework.
Proven Team Leader experience.

The location for this position is Peoria, IL.
