Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of NetSuite solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and manage complex NetSuite integrations with other business systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the NetSuite environment.
- Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and reports.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends to continuously improve the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with NetSuite, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
- Extensive experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and modules.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale NetSuite projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
