Job Title: Mainframe Technical Support Engineer

Location: Plano, TX onsite 5x a week M-F 8-5, will pay for relocation. Can also sit in Lisle, IL; Princeton NJ; Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: asking rate - unlimited PTO, 15-20% yearly bonus, RSUs
Interviews: 2 rounds virtual
**there is an on-call rotation as these are support roles. Right now every 3-4 weeks will be on call for 1 week. as we add more people aiming to be on call once a month.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of mainframe z/os experience
- Technical support or system programming experience
- Experience with Workload Automation products such as CA7, ESP, JobTrac OR Storage products such as CA1, Vantage, etc.
- Experience with Linux or Windows environments
- Bachelor's degree
