Position: Commercial Property Manager
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Pay: $32/hr
Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in development and construction, real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, and leases), and property or land management.
- Three (3) years of administrative experience that involved management of professional staff.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, land use planning, business administration or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract

HH Staffing is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Track, analyze, and manage complex internal and external issues (particularly in the areas of real estate investment, land use, public land trusts/ceded lands, and land and property management)
- Analyze systems, processes and practices, develop solutions for unusual problems, and recommend operational improvements
- Lead and implement data-informed decision-making practices
- Prioritize business objectives and provide discipline to the implementation and reporting processes
- Set goals to achieve desired results, and a demonstrated ability to impart a results-oriented approach to others in the organization
- Assist with the real estate environment, structure, and funding
- Handle implementation, strategic planning, performance-based budgeting, performance-based contracting, performance reporting, evaluation and decision making
- Establish and maintain working relationships with other employees, external agencies and their representatives, and with the general public
- Develop property budgets, CAM estimates, and reconciliations
- Provide effective and professional management to the team
Position Requirements:
- Medical Commercial property management experience
- Knowledge of general business practices, particularly with leases, licenses, and other agreement
- Must have general knowledge of land and real estate valuation, Government accounting, budgeting, auditing and reporting, human resources management, office management, and data and records management
- Experience in Lease administration, portfolio leasing, and tenant relations
- Knowledge of Skyline, Yardi, or similar property management software
- Familiar with base years, expense caps, and CPI
- Knowledge of running tenant and capital improvement projects
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment with strong management skills
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Effectively work on a team and independently
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
