Position - Digital Channel Marketing Specialist - Must have SaleForce
Rate: $80-100 per hour
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Remote but must be local to Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Role summary: Demonstrates full knowledge level in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Designs, builds and owns strategic integrated channel experiences for assigned audiences. Drives innovation, executes projects and campaigns, and leverages a data-driven approach to deliver multichannel experiences.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
Develops and executes the channel strategy and roadmap, Develops, rationalizes, and sponsors the integrated channel marketing strategy byrecommending and implementing new platform ideas and enhancements to driveengagement across the (advisor/investor/institutional) ecosystem
oLeverages knowledge of the business, audience and researches technology todesign and build sales and marketing campaigns that meet performance objectives
oProvides strategic and technical channel expertise in marketing ideation sessions todrive strategy aligned to channel vision for the (advisor/investor/institutional)ecosystem
oDevelops holistic view into email/web engagement for an audience and drives testand learn agenda to assess success
Drives channel innovationoIs the channel COE and engages with business partners to independently drivechannel innovation by recommending and implementing platform enhancementsthat impact the (advisor/investor/institutional) ecosystem
oWorks closely with IT, Sales/Marketing Ops and other technical partners to develop,deploy and manage rollout of new solutions, enhancements and capabilities thatimpact channel wide systems
oStays abreast of the latest marketing technologies and tactics and to supportcontinuous improvement in the channel
Manages projects and channel operationsoLeads cross-functional teams to develops requirements, scope and objectives tomanage and deliver channel programs
o Responsible for analyzing and weighing potential platform strategies andr ecommends the appropriate direction for the assigned audience
o Guides and implements continuous improvement of processes and technologies tooptimize channel operations, performance, and change management practices
o Administers web, email, and marketing automation configuration tools (e.g. SFMC,SFDC, Target, AAM, AEM, etc.) that are leveraged to deliver integrated, targeted,and personalized audience experiences and tests
o Contributes to design and development of web platform standards and processes set by cross-functional teams, including UX and IT. Ensures compliance with keybuild standards and metrics (e.g., page load and weight, metadata, URL best practices and redirects, image optimization, mobile design, etc.) Responsible forunder standing set development practices to implement tools to guidance.
Builds and deploys integrated digital marketing solutions Web: Leverages Adobe (CMS, and DMP) platforms and coding, design and UX skills to build and deploy web page components, full pages, and broader experiences,including content personalization.Highly proficient in standard web coding languages front-end coding languages HTML, CSS & JavaScript (NTH)
o Email & Marketing Automation: Uses Salesforce (Marketing Automation, ESP & CRM) platforms to build and execute integrated campaigns, workflows, and data integrations, including email creation, campaign automation, content personalization, experience flows, lead scoring, and sales communications Highly proficient in email and web coding languages HTML, CSS, AmpScript and SQL & JavaScript (NTH)
Measures and drives channel performance o Utilizes analytic resources (Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and technologies to track performance of assigned audiences, evaluate success against business/channel objectives, and develop recommended strategies to drive growth
o Creates dashboards to measure and analyze user engagement results, and derives insights to recommend new ideas
o Consults with business and marketing partners to review channel performance and to drive alignment of business objectives
Sets policy guidelines o Informs development of email and web style guides and standards in collaboration with Creative and Brand teams
o Web: Ensures web experiences are built leveraging best practices and standards. (e.g., SEO, metadata, brand, tagging, etc.).
o Email: Ensures best practices are implemented for email design, responsive and cross client behavior, deliverability, reputation management, CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance
o Accountable for effectiveness of site Search results as well as coordinating with other channels to ensure SEO/SEM and Paid web targets are ready, have clear calls to actions, and appropriate metrics. Leads decision-making on optimizing results on an on-going basis to continue to maximize user experiences
o Ensures enhancements are timely, relevant, and strategically rolled out across all applicable web/email properties and audiences to ensure a cohesive channel experience. Incorporates suggestions from cross-functional teams during initial presentation and during implementation phases to best handle change management component
Provides leadership for the team: o Provides direction to other associates in educational cross-platform training sessions and assists them in completing their assignments.
o Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work prepared by other associates.
o Participates in the training and development of other associates. Provides feedback to manager regarding special training requirements.
