The role of the Global IT Business Analyst will support the Global Strategic Project Portfolio
Management Team. This core member of the team will have experience in working on fast-
paced projects across a highly complex environment. This is a Hybrid Consulting role specific to West Miami.

Range: $60 - $70HR
Job Description
To provide an advanced business analysis service in support of Global Strategic
Projects; customer requirement analysis, functional evaluation, business process review
and re-engineering, system specification, system testing, documentation, user training,
user support and change management will be specific to Retail Systems.
- To assist the Global Strategic Project Portfolio Manager and team in the development of
- a roadmap for maintaining and enhancing applications and platforms across the
- landscape
- UAT testing a must with SQL background.
- To participate in project planning activity
- To undertake complex analysis of data and present evidence-based solution options
- To maintain a continuous awareness of sector and IT developments and ensure
- proposed solutions leverage opportunities
- To assist in the development of company-wide training programmes for both Global and
- Local users and teams
- To liaise with and manage stakeholders across all departments globally regarding new
- requirements and enhancements.
- To act as a coach/mentor to other Business Analysts ensuring best practice techniques
and consistency is adopted throughout the team.
Experience
- Substantial Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience of Waterfall / Agile and/or other methodologies
Required Skills
- Highly computer literate
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Able to prioritise, organise and deliver a complex and changing workload under
- pressure, without constant supervision and to tight deadlines

- Business Cases
- Ability to guide and influence the development of junior colleagues through best practice
- in the discipline
