One of our gaming clients seeks an IT Specialist II to work on-site in a Redwood Shores location with a core focus on AV solutions and physical infrastructure maintenance. As an IT Specialist II, you will provide service to C-level executives and VPs during meetings, conferences, and live events, diagnose and resolve complex AV issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional AV support experience
- Proficiency in audio and video conferencing technologies
- Troubleshooting and support experience with AVoIP, DSP, control, digital signage, and video wall systems
- CTS Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or related professional training/certifications
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Plusses:
- Experience in AV design engineering
- Certification in IP network audio systems (ex. Dante)
- Experience mentoring others
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
