Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator at Powered by MRP will be responsible for enhancing our business by working closely with teams to get the most out of our Salesforce technology. By understanding our business needs and the Salesforce ecosystem, this role will optimize business processes by building, configuring and automating solutions using Salesforce technology and integrated solutions to deliver the most value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including but not limited to supporting users, maintaining security standards, optimizing for business needs, delivering actionable analytics and supporting users through enablement. You have familiarity with Account Engagement, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. As the primary Salesforce specialist, you play a critical role in supporting users in getting the most out of our Salesforce technology. importance of user adoption and enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform development-related tasks within Salesforce to build, configure, and automate technology solutions for the company's salesforce ecosystem
- Salesforce Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, lightning pages, page layouts, record types and apps. Proficient in Flow Builder.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, manage system updates and prepare users for release features. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Data Management: Oversee data import, export, cleaning and retention. Implement data quality best practices and deduplication processes.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop user guides and training materials.
- User Management: Handle user provisioning, role assignments, profile management and MFA configuration. Provide on-going end-user support and training to optimize usage.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and create custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions. Collaborate with developers and vendors as needed.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure Salesforce data and processes adhere to company policies and compliance regulations. Implement security measures and conduct regular audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role with hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud's Account Engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Experience solving complex business problems with Salesforce technology. Familiarity with data migration tools and integration platforms.
- Solutions Architecture Skills: Ability to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Experience in designing complex data models and sharing rules based on organizational requirements.
- Enterprise Architecture Skills: Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Knowledge of cross-cloud architecture and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Governance and Security: Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings. Experience in implementing and managing Salesforce Shield, encryption, and event monitoring.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Constant need for growth. Eagerness to stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
