Central Mississippi Facility Seeking GI In-house Hospitalist Coverage Starting ASAP Dates: Monday-Friday 12 hour shift 7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday 8 hour shift 8am-5pm 8/19 at 7A - 8/26 at 7A 9/2 at 7A - 9/9 at 7AM 9/9 at 7A - 9/16 at 7A 9/16 at 7A - 9/23 at 7A + ongoing dates of coverage needed Details/Requirements for Assignment : Active Mississippi license required (we can assist you via IMLC if you have a LOQ) Board Certification or true Eligibility required Full scope of bread & butter GI coverage ERCP/EUS is not required but is preferred Facility details: 400+ bed facility, level 4 trauma center, EPIC EMR Scheduling Needs: 24 hour call daily, GI Hospitalist Weekday shifts (7am-7pm Monday - Friday) must include a minimum of 12 hours of work Weekend shifts (8am-5pm Saturday - Sunday) must include a minimum of 8 hours of work Will be on call starting on Monday's at 7AM through the following Monday at 7AM Volume: This is a high volume/busy assignment (can anticipate working a minimum of 8-10 hours per weekday) Will have scheduled procedures during the week days (10-12 procedures, maxed at 15) Will see an average of 6-15 consults/per day (will have NP support with this) Support Staff: Large in-house Hospitalist team (24/7) Full anesthesia support 24/7 Two NPs that will be available 24/7 and who take first call, see new consults (assist GI) and complete daily patient rounding while GI is doing procedures Jackson + Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice Insurance + In-House Travel Agency + 24/7 Recruiter Availability + Single Point of Contact
