Our client is a best-in-class, global, technology-based financial firm, looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intellectually curious, confident and eager to play a key role in the candidate experience for prospective employees at all levels. They must be excited about collaboration, and open to being on-site daily to interface with interviewers, colleagues, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex interview scheduling by coordinating with candidates, 3rd party vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
- Work alongside Recruiting Managers to ensure the interview process runs smoothly, including booking travel, facilitating video interviews, triaging last minute scheduling changes, and processing expenses as needed.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline, updating progress and details in Greenhouse (ATS).
- Communicate updates to candidates, and act as their point of contract through scheduling and interviews.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience managing complex calendars/logistics in an administrative capacity in an office setting.
- Experience with coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Motivated by a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues, vendors and candidates at all levels.
- Customer service-oriented, with a sincere interest in creating a positive interview experience for anyone who comes through the door.
- Must be proficient in MS Office; previous experience using an ATS or CRM is strongly preferred!
- Comfortable working in an office 5 days week.
