To continue delivering on this mission, we’re looking for an exemptional Project Administrator who will be accountable for ccoordinating the Sales to Operations transitions and develop a robust communication plan to ensure successful transition into becoming a lifelong Tabit user. The Project Administrator is the first point of contact for the sales team after the sale, acting as the liason between the Operations and Sales teams and helping assist them as they implement our solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all Sales and Hardware Orders as received, ensure missing information is collected from the relevant stakeholders
- Assign resources based on region, scope of work, and pipeline to ensure resources are being properly leveraged
- Establish a “right-hand” and trusted advisor relationship with Operations and Sales teams to ensure communication is mutually beneficial and as streamlined as possible
- Manage Go Live calendar from a resource standpoint assisting Regional Operations Managers with cross utilizing resources as scaling and Go Live needs are dicatated
- Coordinate post sales opportunities with Sales team to ensure appropriate billing and pricing
- Develop, maintain, and execute communication plan with customers and Partners regarding Operations and Support
- Provide guidance in streamlining operational and internal processes as sales and operational needs continue to shift and grow
DESIRED SKILLS:
- High EQ - patient, composed, assertive, and able to listen with attentiveness and care
- Basic to mid-level understanding of standard technologies (networks, WiFi, cloud technology, iOS and Windows operating systems)
- Sales and/or Account Management experience is a plus
- Project management experience is a big plus
- Experience working with Monday.com or a similar Project Management tool
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- CRM (Salesforce) required
